Sara Stark is the Founder of Stark Law, PC. Ms. Stark brings a compassionate and experienced approach to all cases she handles. Ms. Stark has represented hundreds of licensed professionals and individuals under investigation with licensing boards and regulatory agencies in Arizona. In addition, Ms. Stark has handled dozens of administrative hearings before the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.

Ms. Stark and her family relocated to Arizona in 2018, and Ms. Stark began exclusively practicing administrative law after joining Chelle Law in 2019. Prior to relocating to Arizona, Ms. Stark spent seven years practicing in the areas of complex litigation and commercial real estate primarily in North Carolina.

Ms. Stark represents licensed professionals before over twenty different Arizona Professional Licensing Boards and in administrative hearings before the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings. (“OAH”)
